because the government wants you to buy hotdogs than buns 2 packs than more hot dogs 2 dogs 16 buns more buns 24 more 32 more 40 yes 5 packs of buns 4 packs of hotdogs more money for the store buns for your hotdog

yes because some people don't like hot dog buns or they just want u to buy 2 pacages of buns when u only need 10. Or they just want to piss you off

Cause they want you to buy more wieners. and i guess that's how they make their money cause wieners are more expensive.
