Not counting the fur but the skin. Is there any black skined dogs? Me and my grandma was wondering. Please tell me.

This question is NOT racist! Are you serious? The fact that races EXIST doesn't make the acknowledger of this fact a racist. I would be more likely to think the one who called him racist was racist for believing there is something inherently wrong with the acknowledgment that there are other races in the world. There ARE, in fact, different races in the world, get over it. (Sorry, that was to someone else who answered your question, not you.)

To YOUR question - I would guess so. My dog's skin - not fur - is pink with brown splotches all over it. I would guess some dog's skin is fully brown. I've heard it's a purebred - mutt thing (splotched is mutt, purebred is solid) but my vet said that's just an old wive's tale. But yeah, I would guess so, but only because of my dog's splotches, and I'm not for sure.

Okay, since you could be from rural Arkansas and don't realize that people don't say "*****" anymore, not in English anyway, YES, there are dogs that have dark skin. Take a look at these hairless dogs and see the variety of colors their skin comes in:

To Jen: Sorry Jen. I do realize that all or rural Arkansas is not like that. You are right, Arkansas does get picked on a lot. No offense intended to you.

Yes, I have seen dogs with black skin but I can't remember which ones. I think they were the hairless Chinese Crested. To Jo, not everyone in rural Arkansas uses the word *****. I am from rural Arkansas and have never used that word! Hmmmfff. Why does Arkansas get so much criticism???

First of all *****?!? I don't know if it is or isn't intentional but to me you are saying that Black people have a dog form.
Ignoring that, most dogs usually have pinkish skin but according to another question, that was phrased way better than this one, there are some darker colors.

Yes, there are animals with pigmented skin. Some skin is black, but it also comes in other colours; I have most often seen blotched skin--many different colours or 2 colours on the same animal. More interesting to me are animals like the Chow Chow: they have blue tongues!

Maybe. I don't think so. I have a dog who is mostly black. Where the fur is black his skin is white. Where his fur is white his skin is pink
