If you're grown up enough to be a juror, you're grown up enough to hold it.
But if you think you wouldn't be able to, don't drink so much fluids before going into session. And ask the bailiff (BEFORE the session begins) what you should do if you need to use the rest room during the session.

Pass a note the the foreman of the jury and the foreman can ask the judge for a recess.

they give you breaks. i would suggest that you do everything that you need to get done during that time.
