Well, if I want completely straight hair...I use a flattening iron that reaches like 400 degrees or something ridiculous but I don't do it THAT high. Anyways, if I want it extra straight, I use "hair wax" you can get this as most places like Sally's Beauty Supply, Peels, or a hair salon. This stuff works wonders. It doesn't work so much when you curl your hair because its wax, it weighs the hair down. But, if you are just wearing it straight, wax would FOR SURE work.

It is also pretty cheap also. You can try looking at Wal-Mart too.

just go over it with the straightener in the morning, or before u go to bed pin the end of ur hair to the back of your head. Or get it professionally straightened.

I bought a special blow dryer from Conair that has a built in flat iron. I forget what it's called, but it's widely available. I read about it in one of the big fashion magazines. You comb it through your hair, as it blows dry your hair. The flat Irons are in the comb parts, at the end where air comes out. It's a reddish-purple color. It really works! Super easy. And you can just take a couple of minutes to run it through dry hair for a touch up. It costs about $59. I'm terrible at doing my own hair. I love this thing! It as aready paid for itself many times over!

Normally my hair is puffy but once every weekend i straighten it.
The trick is to wrap your hair in a scarf our something. In the morning when you wake up it will be just as straight. You might need to fix your bangs if you have any.
