Well,
First: Test positive for E. Coli
Second: Get lawyer
Third: Make sure to get the document that says "So and so has E. Coli"
Fourth: Get a P.I. to trace the E. Coli back to Taco Bell
Fifth: Get lawyer to file suit against Taco Bell
Fifth: Get expert witnesses
Sixth: Win case!
Seventh: Get reimbursed a few million dollars
Note: My Step by Step guide is much harder. This is for entertainment purposes only. Please DO NOT go try to get E. Coli because of this guide. It is a horrible and painful disease

No it wouldn't be too late. You have to PROVE that you got it from the taco bell you are accusing. That might be the problem.
Have you checked yourself into the nearest ER for an evaluation? If not, then go. Have you seen a doctor? If not, then go.

not if you did not remain ill after the virus was over with.
i just ate there today and feel great.
i would further like to add that you take a chance by eating out. it is partially your fault as well.
law suit abuse is just downright unreal these days. chalk the experience up to life.

not really. if you really got a bad case of it you could sue for lost wages and medical bills. however, you would have to prove it.
