Looks like she probably put lots of little ponytails in the back. Almost like, if you had cornrows, but instead it's ponytails.
Short, choppy cut, too.

Straighten your hair then put it up in a lower pony table. Make it into a messy bun. Then have sideswept bangs, and pin some of them back with a bobby pin.

looks to me as though she just loosely tied it back in one, whilst only allowing half of her ponytail to travel through the final twist loop of the hair band, and left the front a bit loose, hope u get wot am saying

straighten your hair first. then tie it in a messy, loose bun with strands sticking out. after that, add another hair tie so it dosen't slip out. finally, touch up with hair spray and viola, you're done!
