To me, it would not matter which country they were from, if they were innocent and needed to be saved, I would save as many as possible, so I guess 1,000 Iranians. What is the point of this, or is there one?

I pick the 1,000 iranians because more would be spared.
I figure there's always room for an extra 100 though .. I'd find a way.

All 1100 of them? Ok then of course the group that would do a lot more good for the world. If not, how about the group with the most children. Finally, if the percentages are the same, then I would have to go for the 1000

When you've two options, there is really three choices, but the third one isn't that good either. So, I'd go for the one that saves the most I can. But you then ask "who are the people you are saving?"
Taking in that, my final answer is......
the 100 Americans.

i've got self assurance in capital punishment; in spite of the incontrovertible fact that, i've got self assurance in real justice and seeing all a probability info beforehand that takes place. If any new info comprises mild i could ask that a stay of execution substitute into given so the hot info ought to be examined. If he's harmless, 2 pointless deaths shouldn't take place.

Iranians. A life's a life, but 1, 000 is more than 100.

I hate to be simplistic, but it is a ten to one ratio. Life is life. Would you feel better saving one life or ten? You did not ask if the ten would give up thier life for the one, so I am guessing that point is irrelevant..but that the culture is! And that is totally baseless.

Probably all if innocent. If I can only pick one, being from the U.S. makes me kinda give a bias answer, I would want to save my fellow citizens.
