I myself had extremely bad acne on face, chest and arms. I tried all the normal things like that you can buy from pharmacists and beauticians. All these things can help with cleanliness of the skin and pores but don't actually treat acne or prevent it. I ended up going to see a dermatologist before it got way out of hand and I was left with serious scar issues. He recommended that I take Roaccutain. It is a very serious and strong drug which clears the blood system and fixes your skin from the inside out. I started taking this when I was 16 for about 6 months, I know people that have taken it longer, but since taking it I am lucky if I get a single solitary pimple once a year. The stuff is great. Everyone that I know who has taken has agreed and had similar results. Good luck with it all

Oily skin causes acne so clean your face and make sure it is not oily to prevent pimples! Also Proactiv got rid of literallly ALL my pimples and blackheads so I'd try it if I was you. The people from Proactiv I think said that after a couple times of using it their are results guarenteed. When they say results guarenteed they mean a few pimples gone or less infected red spots. Its changed my skin forever! You know what? I started using it and can't stop because it makes my face feel soooooooo clean and wonderful!
I hope I helped!

-use some creams, like Olay or Clinic these are expensive but work well.
-buy a special soap for your face (I use an Olay one made out of cucumber which is without alchool or any agressive component)
-DO NOT TOUCH ANY OF THE SPOTS YOU HAVE ON YOUR BODY.
-try not to think about it.
-make sure you eat only ealthy food, try to avoid milk or any milk related products and sugar as well.
if you follow all of these indications i guarantee that your acne will get better within 2 to 3 weeks

I had acne problems for quite a few years. the only thing that worked for me was getting prescription face wash and acne cream. I used a sulfer-based face wash, and Retin-A acne cream. works amazing as long as i use it every night. Then in the morning i use a regular face wash like Neutrogena. Also, drinking water helps, and puting oil-free lotion on your face so it doesnt dry out too much. now my face is a clear as my avatars.

Greasy foods, chocolate and touching your face while your on the phone or asleep or setting in class. If you will drink lots of water, that helps! The BEST thing that I have found is a product that you see on TV called Proactive. My son went to a skin Dr. for years and the proactive helped him the best!
