That is as simple as a friend using a pendulum over the chakra.
There is a lot of bad information out there about chakras to speed them up or slow them down.
I recommend for you to avoid messing with your chakras because each of the 7 chakras are associated with the glands in the endocrine systeem.
If you muck up your endocrine system too much; you can end up in the hospital, and being put on life sustaining medication FOR THE REST OF YOUR LIFE!!!!!!
