A kid of your age is without a doubt experiencing new and wonderful things. Nothing to be guilty about here. Not at all. This is natures way of making sure that there are always people. You see a chick you like, things happen. It's natural. Just don't get so uncomfortable with it that it gets you in trouble. And by this, I mean pregnancy. That stuff that's going on inside your head is powerful. And probably mis-leading. You'll figure it out. Give it time, and get the timing right.

your body is gearing up for the day that you will have sex. It is like a pair of new shoes. It takes time to figure out what is comfortable and what is not. Girls have the same thoughts and feelings but respect your self enough to educate yourself about sex and puberty. webMD is a great site that has lots of good HONEST info. You will be fine! Guys have it hard because they cant hide the things that comes up like a girl can but you will be fine. EVERYONE goes through it. Mom, Don't be hard on him. Mom has always had the answers and he is getting to the age that he can read and research things that he may not be comfortable about talking about but he still loves you!

It is totally normal for him to think about those things and to feel guilty about it. He will certainly grow out of it, but it helped my little brother to learn more about girls. My mom bought him some books (nothing mentally scarring to a young boy) just so he could be more informed and less curious.

It's a part of growing up, as long as the thoughts aren't of hurting someone else then there is nothing wrong with it. It represents the mind of a healthy male preteen/teenager.

What u r telling him is right. Please get it endorsed from a doc in whom he has faith. It will work better. It wud be better that he takes some light exercises including brisk walks regularly and at times when he is tense.
