There's not a man or woman mentioned in the Bible who wasn't tempted, or tested
I Corinthians 10:13 says No temptation has overtaken you but such as is common to man; and God is faithful, who will not allow you to be tempted beyond what you are able , but with the temptation will provide the way of escape also that you may be able to endure it
But if you want an example of one man who was tempted and tried and came forth approved, like fine gold, read the story of Joseph in Genesis, Chapters 37, and 39-50
