I made God.

If God really does exist, then no one created Him. Personally, I am an agnostic, so I do not feel one way or the other about the existence of a divine being, but I can tell you - from studying in Catholic schools for many years (currently in grade eleven) - that if God really does exist, then no one made Him. If you are a true follower of any sect of Christianity, Judaism, et cetera, then you believe in divine truth. One who believes He exists believes that He has no creator, and simply accepts His existence without need for any explanation.

God is self-existent.

He is Being Itself (I Am who Am) - Ex 3:14.

Finite things have being in a possessive sense - that is, they are contingent.

To be contingent means to have the possibility of not existing or being other than what they are. Being is not their necessary nature.

But God is not contingent. He is *necessary.*

He is the ultimate, primordial, necessary being to which all else refers.

Since He is absolute self-existent independence, He is infinite, because if He had boundaries, He would be subject to something, thus contradicting His absolute independence.

G-d created everything. Thus, G-d Himself created the very idea that everything has to be 'made'. Before He came along, there was no such concept. We think along human terms that everything has to be 'made' - that is, that something cannot exist unless it came from something or someone else. But, G-d Himself created that idea when He created the world! G-d isn't confined to that humanistic idea that all things need to be 'made'.

Who made matter for anything to exist?
These are unanswerable questions for both those who believe in God and those who believe in other forms of creation/evolution.

This is "the" question! I've asked this question too and all i got was some christians quoting verses out of the bible and calling me stupid and/or a devil worshipper. I've asked my friends this many times and they just roll their eyes and just try to laugh the question off. N-E-Way, i must say that god/jesus/holy ghost/etc does NOT exist.

god is "self-created-nonbeing" -- so, god always was since nothing can exist but god, and god was never made since existence i(the reality of consciousness) is all there is since there is no god

The god of god and so on and so fourth, don't you see how the creator arguement simplifies the question of order and complexity?
