i met a girl at my work place , i feel she is looking at me me ad i am also looking at her .
i try to ask her out in a friendly way but i don,t know how and what to ask her.
i am so stupid she had ask me to go out for a drink and even after that i cannot ask her again. for some reson i am afraid and i think she will no like it. when i meet her i dont know how to start converstation i am realy poor with beatiful girls.

Trust me, any girl will be totally flatter if someone asks them out...and if she's already asked you out....then you have a pretty high chance of her saying yes. If you're still feeling awkward, you could say something like "I felt bad that I couldn't get that drink with you earlier, but I had plans with family/friends" or something along those lines. That'll let her know that you acknowledged her that first time, and that you think about her, and it'll make her feel special and like you really care enough to pay attention to her.
When it comes to conversation...don't force it, but at the same time just try and find out stuff about her, ask about her family, friends, school (where she goes/went), maybe her goals/dreams in life. Whatever you seem to think is apropriate for the moment...however, you have to remember that girls are really interested in finding out about guys and all their fun personal stuff, so really just be prepared to talk a lot...and be honest!

Lol are you a shy guy? Ask her out to lunch or something. If she asked you out for a drink, then it's most likely that she'll reply yes if she doesn't have any plans. When you happen to be in a conversation, you can just bring it up.
