My friend with benefits forgot my birthday, what to do?

Of course we aren't in a relantionship but should I make him feel guilty (if so how?) or should I be cool and pretend it doesn't hurt?

he didn't give you birthday sex?! just tell him he owes you birthday sex. and then he can decide on his own if he should feel guilty.

u guys rent officialy together so just joke around and b like oh but u did forget my birthday so u do owe me a cookie,lol something lie that ,they'll probably profusely apologize if they reallly care.
