trust me, if i do it will get around school so fast that your head would spin. so if i break up with him everyone would be mad at me and spread rumors and call me bad stuff. but im breaking up with him b/c.....
1)he never calls (and i mean never)
2)he's to literal
3)to smart
4)he dont seem to like me
5)he dont treat me like a gf
im also afraid i would hurt his feelings and he would have an astma attack or somethin. what should i do?

Why do you worry when he doesn't even care about you? It is too obvious, he doesn't call, doesn't treat you like gf, I'm sure if you break up with him, he will be relieve, What if he is just waiting for you to say it coz he would be too rude if it will come from him, you know what i mean? Don't think about his feelings coz he doesn't care about how you feel. Let him go. About the people who will get mad at you, who cares? They don't know how you really feel, so love yourself first.

I'll answer your question with my own question. Why in the world did you start dating him in the first place? Judging from the information you gave, he doesn't/didn't seem like your type at all. You went out with him out of pity. Break it up. You'll just make it worse and feel worse if you let it go longer.
