It sounds like a sebaceous cyst, your doctor could remove it.

If you have seen a rugby union and rugby league games you will notice that nearly all the forwards have what is called "cauliflower ears,from packing down in the scrums.I notice some wrestlers have them also.

Anyway....is it from a piercing or you just get random s.h.i.t. coming out your ears?
If it is from a piercing then it is probably just infected.
