i was just wondering if it is possible for a 17 year old to cross state lines without a parents consent....in arkansas....and can they leave home without there parents consent?

You know if there is a situation at home that is making you uncomfortable or leaving you hurt mentally and physically you do need to do something about it I have felt the way you do, I am sure for different reasons though. You should contact a loved one preferably family to talk over what has been going on. If that you do not look to as an option or just cannot use as an option and you this is bad enough to make you want to just run away call the police. Really it would help me though if I had a better understanding of your situation if you can contact me maybe we can talk it through. I am not trying to hook up with you or anything weird I have been with my girlfriend for over two years you will see when you checkout my profile I am eighteen a year older then you perhaps that will make it easier, because I would be able to look at it from your point of view. Just get back to me ok? Don't run things normally get alot worse from there I know girls who have done that very thing and found themselves with an internally damaging experiences.

You can always cross the state line without consent, but what are you trying to prove? At 17, you have a lot to learn, and a lot of maturing to do. It is a rough world out there. If you want to learn this lesson the hard way, then it is up to you.

certain she will bypass out, the courts gained't get entangled with someone so on the point of 18. She isn't a toddler and does not be afflicted with as a runaway in truth in a lot of southern states she will marry without mom and father consent previously 18 if a toddler is in contact.

Ever hear of running away...kids way younger then 17 do it all the time. The question is ...is it smart for kids to try and live ontheir own at that age ----No it is not.
If you are thinking about it...don't do it.

Yes they can cross the state line but they will be detained and the parents notified. No teenager should do anything with out thier parents knoweledge and premission.

You can cross state lines any time you wish. Unless you're taking a kidnap victim or a woman for prostitution.
