Maybe you should get hold of an atlas and see which of them is not on the coast. That might give you a clue! (One of them isn't any sort of port - never mind a major one!) Why should we do your homework for you?

I'd love to give you a stupid answer - like, as the English ports are dying on their feet at the moment, none of them are major ports any more.

or a pedantic answer - Portsmouth is not really a port, but the dockyards for the Royal Navy

but sadly, I have to give the correct answer that you might be looking for, which is that Chelmsford is not a major port.
