It usually contains chicken pineapple cilantro pepper garlic salt onions green peppers yellow peppers orange peppers and small red peppers that are very hot along with orange slices and banana with a plain brown rice and tomatoes. It tastes almost like a Salvadorian Piaia when it's done and it really good. there are two ways to make it either inside the chicken like a stuffing or in a big cassorole or crock pot like a stew.
