Sure why not, dreams are keys to help unlock the inner sub consious mind that remembers everything it hears and sees, where the consious mind cannot retain that. Its like RAM versus a Hard Drive, one is short term while the other long term. Dreams are that bridge to see within the sub consious mind from a consious level for many people. i personally have used dreams myself to help predict how a day was going to turn out with my Girlfriend and in my dream I remember the feeling of losing her if I did not do something in specific. In Real life that turned out to be I forgot to get her a ticket for a show I had already bought tickets for me and the two kids, It was luck I was able to get her a ticket before they sold out and i had that feeling of losing her that eve. Some can say thats a coincedance, but i know I was using my dreams to try and forsee something with my GF.

Most of the times dreams are just images that reveal your day to day interaction with the world in such fashion that would evoke your attention. What you ordinary missed on your conscious life will be revealed in your dreams to understand yourself better and hopefully make the appropriate changes if you care. Dreams point out your weaknesses, repressed thoughts, feeling, fear and wishes that you would probably like to deal with in your conscious life but for some reason you hadn't. It's a reminder than a prophecy. The characters in your dreams are all about you only using characters you have known in order to send the message for you to understand. What you know about that character in your dream is really your impression on that character and that impression goes back to you. Trust dream because if you listen intently it can make you a better person.

Dreams don't reveal secrets unless you're psychic or something. Your conscience is more like a referee between what's good and what's bad. Are you asking if dreams can be premonitions? Because I don't believe so. Dont' trust dreams, because there is a theory that logic falls asleep along with you.

I believe so. I feel that a dream I had a few nights ago stopped me from an taking an action I would have regretted and I decided to keep faith with some one I love because of my dream. I think dreams can be very powerful.

I believe that dreams is just due to your environment and a restless brain. When I fall asleep around people, my dreams are affected by what my subconcious mind picks up from their conversations. As for if they reveal secrets about you, I believe that they do because your concious mind would much rather shove your shameful secrets to the back of your mind instead.

Some say so. I have had dreams that have come to pass, or at least seem so. If you beleive in the bible it says, "in the latter days the young men of the earth will beginn to proficy". John the Babtist was taken in a dream and shown many wonders. I pay attention to my dreams, but weather you do or not, is for you to decide.

good luck

This is big time freudian psychology. There are two theories-the one you just stated that dreams are the road to unconscious which would normally blocks out unacceptable memories, feelings or thoughts. The other is that it's biological-just a random stimulation of brain cells and the brain tries to put it into coherent patterns (dreams). Personally, I think it's a bit of both.

Dreams are formed from things that happened durring your day. They stay in your subconcious mind and are released when you sleep. Something that happend in you day and a tv show or movie probably triggered this dream. I would try to see if there was a message in it, but not belive it too much.
