There are many symptoms of a brain tumor, both benign and malignant. Some of them include: dizziness, weakness on one side of the body, blurred vision, slurred speach, blacking out, paralysis, and headaches. It all depends on where the tumor is located in the brain and how big it is as to which symptoms one will have.

A very good friend that had an operable brain tumor (benign) she was stating to get dizzy, lost track of what she was doing, couldn't remember simple things, out of breath and had no energy.
They left part of the tumor, said she'd outlive it.
