If you are not lifting, start. If you are not doing elasticity training, start. If you are not doing AIS stretching every day, start.
To learn about the above training methods, buy the book "Core Performance. Of if you can afford it (meaning your parents can swing it), get personal training from a local club. Focus on core and elasticiy training. Yes, it matters a ton. Enough to get the record when you are a senior? Can't say because you also have to be naturally fast.
Can't ever outrun our genetics. If you are pretty fast, Core Performance will make you a measure faster. Commit to it.
Further, evaluate your diet and adjust to make sure you are eating quality food and enough calories.

the two yet there is probably a sprint greater emphasis on the heading in the right direction skills and how Jimmie manages races. he's not basically an excellent motive force yet an excellent tactician besides. He in lots of circumstances does in uncomplicated terms adequate to grant himself an excellent gamble to contend for the win interior the final public of races he's in. that ought to signify sandbagging a sprint and saving your vehicle for the tip or working genuine troublesome, earlier than the wrecks all day. needless to say he has an excellent style of greater self assurance with Chad on appropriate of his pitbox. he's a laid lower back California youngster at coronary heart and a lot greater relaxing in genuine existence than the corporate robotic that he seems to be at circumstances. 3 STR8 N 08!!!

What you should do is try to excersise for a total of 30 minutes for 5 days a week. Any excersises are fine to use in track. From my recent track events, I just did what I could do. Situps, pushups, jog in place, pullups, running around your neighborhood, and many other excersises. Greatful to help! Good Luck.

alright what worked really well for me was long distance training. we would go for od's everyother day (just a med/fast pace over distance running) and then on the other days do intervals (some of it sprinting intervals or hills). i found that hills gave me quite a bit of speed. it makes u run on ur toes. make sure u r eating healthy too. dont push urself too hard that u burn out.

mix up your running routine with some distance and sprints, run some sprints after long runs... distance running always worked for me, just make sure you incorporate sprints if you want to get faster
