My bf i know he loves me and he doesnt go out every week with his guy friends. He also tells me that he doesnt mind if i go clubbing with my girlfriends. But for me clubbing is to meet other people and usually of the opposite sex. Its like a hook up place. So i really dont understand the need for guys night out!

He does like clubbing and so do I and most of the time we go together. Just once in a while he only wants to hang out with the guys

guys night out is just like a girls night out. hear music. look at wants going on watch people dance talk to your friends. etc... Clubbing is to meet other people and it is usually the opposite sex. But when you found that person all ready why go out unless your going with your girl or man. Some men still go clubbing (while they have a girl already) to still be looking. You might tell your guy why can't you go. Some men don't want there girl there because he thinks he has to keep in eye on you and he don't want to to wasting his time doing that. Have you ever heard of the saying why bring sand to the beach? it's already there. My man goe's out with his friends "guy night" as long as he brings his butt home at the right time we don't have a problem with it. The clubs close at 2 not at 3 or 4 or 5 you know want I mean. My boyfriend hardly ever goes out places with his friends, they usually just hang out and drink beer in the garage and/or work on cars. Recently, he mentioned taking his younger brother to the strip club for his 18th birthday. When I asked if I could come along, he said that it was a guys night and I should just do something with my girlfriends, instead.
Strip clubs make me nervous because most of the girls that work in those kind of places are also prostitutes. I trust my boyfriend but I don't trust a half naked girl trying to get on him when I'm not around. Also, this is kind of personal but when I was young my Dad had a stripper over while my Mom was away on a business trip. Nothing happened, he ended up telling her to leave but it makes me even more uncomfortable when it comes to that sort of thing. At least now my boyfriend understands because we talked it out.
Try talking to him ... if he really cares, he'll see your point of view.
It's a difficult subject but I know exactly how you feel.

Let me put this to you as simply as possible. Men are loyal. We are not blind. You are not the only hottie your boyfriend will ever look at EVEN WHILE HE IS HOLDING YOUR HAND. Guys night out could be to watch the game. Guys night out could be to go to a strip club. Guys night out could be to go dance with other women. You will not be the only woman he comes in contact with and you being in the picture won't change that. That's like him telling you "Ok now that we're dating you can't ever talk to or make physical contact with (including hand shakes) another man EVER.." You'd laugh in his face. Perhaps you're assuming the worst? Maybe he just doesn't want to be around women because he likes making sexist jokes or farting or something. Keep that mind open.

What's the nedd for girls night out then?Do you go out with the girls to hook up with other men? Guys need a break from girls too so that they can be "manly" and say wierd, disgusting things that guys do. Listen, my two best friends are guys and they talk about things around me that are considered to be " guy " talk and sometimes, they say things that I'd rather not know about. The burping, the farting... Also, guys are protective and sometimes insecure which can cause some real issues.

I can answer this from personal feelings. I loev my man but I like to go clubbing with the girls so I can just hang out and talk about girl things and just go to dance. From my experience, going with a significant other makes your friends feel alittle awkward and makes you a little less crazy or a little less apt to do somethng silly with the girls. Don't be offended. Going clubbing is not only to hook up. Guys are like the girls.. they need their gab time and complaining session and just to let lose with the guys. (as do girls)

You're being too clingy in his eyes, I'm not being a b itch.
Guys really need their space, if you give it to them, in a few days they are right back up your butt again. Normally guys will go out to have fun, dance with girls or go to the strip club, but nothing will happen except innocent fun if he's happy.
The more you get upset with the guys night out, the more prone he'll be to want to meet other people, let him have his fun unless he's done something for you not to trust him.

Most of the time guys like to go out with their guy friends instead of their girl to have time away from their other half. Sometimes they do go clubbin to meet other girls. If he is going out alot, then he probably has someone on the side. If you find this to be a problem, maybe you should go out some and see how he handles it when you are the one clubbin. Use your judgement and you will know what is really going on.

They can be more relaxed around men. Do you let your bf discuss sports and guide the conversation? Perhaps he is into politics? Are you?
