I asked my teacher yesterday. He`s a mexican n he told me it was called the same. Gravey, but u just pronounce it in spanish.

I don't think there is a word for it. Most dressings in Spanish are generalized by the word salsa, which means sauce. Pasta sauce is called salsa even.

gravy is also known as salsa. salsa means sauce.
YES it is salsa, and you have no clue. Also, it is Carne Jugo for meat juice.
