that is a big cup size for a 13 year old. but remember, girls typically stop growing around 18. so don't worry about it!

for example, i was a 32a in 5th grade when i was 11. the first girl to wear a sports bra!! how embarrassing. but now i'm 20 years old and i'm still a 32a!! hahaa...

Nope, you sound just about perfect. Don't let the size of your boobs become an issue in your life. You have no control over their size, or how fast or slow they grow.
