I need to fly for the holiday season and I am scared to death. I have flown before and simply hate it. I think the best thing for me to do is drug up and sleep through it. I need something fast acting, though. Any suggestions??

If you don't want to get a perscription, use Melatonin, available in health food stores or drug stores over-the-counter. I use it for flights or combatting jet lag.

Ambien only takes about 5 minutes to work but you will need to dedicate at least 7-8 hours to sleep or you will be VERY tired and groggy.
