I can't write more than a few words without my forearm and hand cramping up making it really hard to write. It gets more uncomfortable as I write. It isn't necessarily painful, just crampy. Does anyone else have this, and what is it?

Could be carpal tunnel syndrome. I would get it checked out before it gets worse.

Either carpal tunnel syndrome, or you could just be gripping the pen/pencil too tightly.

one of my aunts had similar symptoms, they called her condition carpal tunnel, its often acquired from repetition of a movement in your hands, you should go get it checked out , just for piece of mind.
