you can do a poufy thing in front helps for attention,a sloppy bun very hot,or put a barrette for your bangs kinda thing, i have the same length hair as you so i know what I'm talking about, Good luck

If your hair is frizzy you could try using a straight iron, and then use a large curling iron and curl the ends a bit. Also, go get your hair cut and have some layers put it. That will help with it being so flat on top. Wash AND condition your hair every day. It doesn't really matter what products you use.
