He likes you too, but is trying to do the right thing by staying with his girl, but because he likes you he still wants your attention, that's all. Don't stress it, be you and have fun, life is too short to do anything ells.

Because guys are greedy and want as many girls to like them as possible, keep it up and he may get jealous enough to leave his other girl and come to you, if thats what u decide you think is morally the right thing to do

It's simple, if we know you want us, we want to keep that possiblity open. The last thing we want is some other guy coming along and taking that away.
