I date this guy for two month now we know each other for long times before we dated we are in a long distance relationship I wanted a promise ring from him but feel weried to be asking him for this Do you guys think it right to ask him for a promise ring and how do I bring it up? I feel if I have a promise ring from him then everyones know he mine and I know that our relationship stand somewhere and mean something and also feel safe please help me

you should not need a physical symbol of how you feel --- and where you are in a relationship --- everyone would know you are together regardless of how far apart you are

my friend brought it up because he asked his gf.. "If I asked you tomorrow to marry me. would you?" and she said, "well we're still young, so a promise ring would do..".. Just ask him if he's planning on getting married sometime in the future... and suggest a promise ring until that day
