i dont want to curl it with a iron but i want it to look like the celebs hair -ashley tisdale - linsey lohan - brittany spears ect...

you have to get a perm at the store, in order to get curly hair.A perm iswhen some one tries to make your hair permanently curly.but you can make your hair back to your normal style

OK - here's what you do, and it don't cost a bean!!!
Buy some hairgrips. After you wash your hair, wind sections of it up and pin with the grips. Wait ten minutes. You can dry with a hairdryer if you like but not essential. Release your hair from the grips. Wow!! Hollywod curls. Try it!!!

To get those looks you just need 10 hairdressers to fix your hair every morning... you have seen the celebs regular pictures (like at the grocery store) and they are NOT always fixed up. They are just lucky regular people.
