I know the topic of miracles is a bit cliche, especially around this time of year. Nevertheless, I am idealistic and open to the idea. I always hear about miracles on tv but never in real life. Have any of you ever experienced a miracle...large or small? Do you believe it can happen (if you haven't)?

I have. When I was 2, I had a bunch of crap happen to me. I fell out a second story window (and only had a broken foot, and mild concussion), fell down a flight of concrete stairs (only had mild bruises), and a few other things.

The worst though was when I got infentigo. I had it really bad. I had oozing pussing sores all over my body. My parents took me to several dr's, and they all gave me different meds which didn't work. I had it for a few weeks, and it got so bad I wouldn't sleep for more then about 20 minutes at a time. Out of desperation my parents took me to church, and had a bunch of ppl lay hands on me. Well the next day over 50% of the sores were gone, and the rest had finally scabbed up. I had also finally slept through the night. When my parents took me to the dr for a checkup after that, they couldn't explain why I went from being so sick, to better over night. I was also supposed to be scarred, but I am not.

We all have little miracles in our lives, many ppl just overlook them, and or just consider them coinsidence. We also often make the mistake of asking for things, or making deals with God, and or forgetting that God doesn't have to say yes to everything, No is an answer too.

I watch someone like Benny Hinn on TV and look for a miracle and I never see one. They bring someone up and tell you that they couldn't walk but now they can, but they never show you the miracle. It is always inside the person, or happened before they got on the stage, and are never anything that can be visually verified or even medically verified.
Years ago 60 Minutes did a documentary on one of the greatest faith healers ever, and they could not find one single documented case of a genuine miracle in their whole life's ministry. It is a hoax.

Yes, I have a miracle. It is called breathing, and it is something that we all do. That in itself - the human body alone! - is a miracle.
