I just want to say right now that i am 16 years old.

Last sunday i didn't want to go to work so i asked my mom to call my boss and tell him i was sick, so that i could go hunting with my dad.

Would this make me a sinner for asking my mom to lie for me?
Or is my mom a sinner for lying?

Or both? :)

Actually this star symbolizes the five wounds of Christ:

Crown of thorns,
Scourge on Back,
Nail in Hands,
Nail in Feet,
Spear in Side.

It has stood for this since early christian times :)

Why if you are a Christian do you display the pagan symbol of a star? Shouldn't you have like a cross or something.
The star is sacred to my beliefs; it symbolizes Earth, Air, Fire, Water, and Spirit.
If you are so worried about lying and sinning, wouldn't you also be worried about.....what would that be called in your religion.....idolizing a god other than your own.
Do you consider that to be a sin as well, wouldn't that be breaking one of your 10 commandments?

Your mom as an adult should have stopped you from telling a lie but instead she supported you and acted on your behalf. If both of you know that it is a sin, then probably, both of you will fall into the sin! You both should repent!

both you for asking her to do it and her for actually doing it.

and bobby please do not say that the pentacle is something that it is not. it is a symbol of the goddess and has never had anything to do with the church. dont believe who ever told you that it has anything to do with Jesus. if that were true then you would see it every where in the church. adn people would not have been killed for having it displayed during the burning times. thank you. if you have somthing to say email me
