Its a long story but I would like to be impregnated and I'm a single. Sperm banks have run dry due to recent legislation and they are operating a waiting list.
I have tight timescales and would need to get hold of a donation fairly soon. I'm on a fixed budget so I cannot afford an expensive option.
I understand that there may be some places on the internet where I could get a sperm donation.
thank you

No, sperm is a body fluid, like blood and bone marrow. and organ donation isn't thoroughly unlawful, the in common words type of organ donation it extremely is unlawful are for needed organs, a chum can donate a kidney or area of their liver yet no longer their own coronary heart. also unlawful is the promoting of organs. As for the case you suggested, the daddy of the toddlers did not donate the sperm to a hospital nor were any docs in touch. This turned right into a turkey baster donation. the daddy had ordinary contact with the toddlers and they called him papa. Many states have already got regulations on the books protecting sperm donors from baby help legal responsibility, and the state in touch does no longer.

Is there a reason you don't have a man in your life that can do that for you.
There's just way too many kids out there already without a mommy and daddy. Why would you CHOOSE to do that?
IF you must...just go to a different city, pick up a guy, tell him you are on the pill, and then he'll be more apt to not use a condom.

you couldn't ask a friend to do it in a sperm bank style? I'd never suggest the old fashioned method but if the friend has the right look you'd want for your child, that's what I would suggest. there's too much emotional baggage for the old fashioned method. there's no such thing as "just sex". I did not know about the shortage.

Run an Internet search for a sperm bank in your area or phone a fertility clinic.

I think that you need to think about what you are doing long and hard, it is one thing to bring a child into this world by mistake or even carelessness, but your actually saying that your child will be brought up by you without a father and that is so wrong on so many levels. take it from a single parent every child needs their mother and father its not right in any way to deprive them of that simply to fulfil selfish desires. children are not toys.

If that's your real picture I don't know why you have to ask. What makes a man's sperm worthy to you? Brains? Height? Athletic Ability? I'm sure that you can find donors, free of charge. They might even PAY YOU to take their sperm. If you can't find anyone, I'm willing to make that sacrifice.

You can ask some of your guy friends or you can a totally complete stranger that you don't know his medical history, etc. Or you can just forget the whole idea. You can pray to God that you live a long life for your son. God is a merciful God, he just might give you what you ask. We have not because we ask not. Ask God for what you want.
