So when I found out I told him that I didnt want to be his friend anymore without an explanation. He didnt seem to care about my feelings when I told him. A week later, he told me that he wasn't trying to hurt my feelings like I would have thought. What could this be telling me?

Don't think too much about it. He just felt bad for asking your friend. He is not trying to get back with you. He was not thinking, that's all. Men do that all the time.

first you have a very good friend to tell him that she wouldn't do that to you, make sure you stay faithful to her and she will do the same for you.. and thats sooooo hard to find in girls.. 2nd i dont' think he was trying to hurt you either, but he should have had a little more respect for you knowing that she was your good friend and for him to even think she would do something like that is just shi**y.. and i think you should just leave it as it is and begin a new chapter to your life.. no guy like that is worth thinking twice about.. go have fun with your girls cause there will always be tons of guys out there and one day you'll have one that truely likes you for you and not because your friend is hot or what not.. good luck sweetie and best wishes!
