You can wear pants. There is no Biblical text that says, "Women, thou shall not wear pants."
Sorry, it's 1 Tim. and it's referring to being modest.
1 Peter 3:2-4 (New International Version)
2 when they see the purity and reverence of your lives. 3 Your beauty should not come from outward adornment, such as braided hair and the wearing of gold jewelry and fine clothes. 4 Instead, it should be that of your inner self, the unfading beauty of a gentle and quiet spirit, which is of great worth in God's sight.
Really, you are being told in this scriptures it is better to have a pretty heart...

I don't recall anything about make-up, but I do know Deut 22:5 says somehting about you should dress like a woman, and not like a man (though I wear pants, and I believe this to be feminine). As for jewelry, Ex 3:22 says the Israelites took a lot of it when leaving Egypt; if fact, God instructed them to ask for it, along with fine clothing. While there are prohibitions against vanity, this doesn't mean you aren't allowed to want to look pretty.

Well, It doesn't say you can't wear makeup or jewelry. As far as pants go, you really as a woman should wear a dress in the congregation to show respect to God. It is stated in the Scriptures that a man should not wear a woman's mantle and a woman should not wear a man's mantle, and since pants resemble a man's attire it wouldn't be real respectful in the congregation. Makeup and jewelry should be worn in moderation as well. The Scriptures state: What does Jehovah your God ask of you, but that you should go on walking modestly with your God.

Wearing Jewry is just a sick, sick thing to even contemplate. Not to mention they get heavy really fast and it's hard to find ones that match.
