Which application??? Excel??? Powerpoint??? Word??? You can have graphs on each of these.

Generic: Make sure that you completely look through the page setup box. There should be something - maybe a drop-down box - that asks you what to print. Make good use of print preview to save paper.

Before printing, go to the Tools - Options settings of the program you are using and in Print check if Drawing Options is selected.

To create a graph or chat:- choose your records and then click the Insert tab. in the Charts team you will choose the form of chart which you relatively choose, and a menu of obtainable types will drop down. choose one in all them and your chart will look with all of sudden.
