I have to write a thank you note to the lady who helped me at my Medical Assisting externship site well she really wasn't much help and I don't know what to say. I left the site and it is required that I write a letter so I can go on to a new place but I'm lost at what to say.

do you have to write a note or a letter?
if its a letter start of with how much you enjoyed the classes and the people that you met. and your professor. then include her at the end telling thank you for your Medical Assistance while I was there. you do not have to go into great detail. since it was not much. Just acknowledge her as your assistant. and thanks for the help that she did give you. once you get started it will be easier than what you think.

Even if she wasn't much of a help.....DONT tell her that!!!!!!!!!!!!!
