Varies between old law federal parole, and state parole, but:

If you are violated on parole, you go to jail while awaiting a formal decision about being sent back to prison, which happens 95% of the time. Since they have that hanging over his head, they may offer your brother a chance to stay on the street to snitch out his friends, if he has any friends they want to bust. He could stay on the street that way, if he's crazy.

Otherwise, he's going back to prison to finish the time he originally had.

A third option could be him sent back to a work camp situation, if his violation wasn't severe, like not being at work on time or something stupid like that. But if they caught him dealing or B&E, then forget it. He hasn't learned anything, and they know it.

Tell "Sister" she needs an education so she can spell correctly to phrase questions that people can understand.

At the very least, please tell "Sister" to use the "Check Spelling" thats located at the top of every box prior to listing the answer or the question.

Now, to answer your question- if I understand it correctly with the poor spelling- you are asking "If you are on Parole, and you voilate your parole, do you get locked up back in jail, or do you get more time on your parole?"

The specific answer to this is "It depends on the Parole Officers perspective".

Example: Out after a parole set curfew of lets say 10 PM- your parole officer calls at 10:30 and you don't answer the phone. You'd better have a darn good reason- like in the hospital being treated for an accident- thats supported by facts.

Same violation- out after curfew, its 10:30, you've been busted for drinking, and they give you a pee test and you're positive for coke or meth. This WILL result in a hearing, you WILL be found guilty of a parole violation, and you probably have a 60% chance of going back to jail.

If its a minor violation- you're walking in the door at 10:05, you've been food shopping, and you just missed the Parole Officer calling at 10:03 PM and you call them back and they want to know why you didn't pick up the phone and you tell them you were food shopping and you're a few minutes late? They'll make a note, but probably won't push it the first time.

Its a judgement call on the Parole Officers part to let it go or to push it- your attitude makes a difference also. Being stupid like you see on "COPS" is just about guarenteed to screw up your parole. Using words like "Yes Sir" and "No Sir" instead of "That dumb cop" will go a long ways to keep out of jail.

Learn the english language that the police use, get rid of the street crap.

Consider this- do you think a police officer is going to bust someone whos polite, uses correct english, and acts like they like them? Or do you think they're going to react badly when you use poor street english, cussing and being rude to them?

You didn't see guys from Enron, Worldcom or WalMart being beaten like you do on COPS for a reason- they told the police by their body language, how they dressed and how they acted that they wern't going to fight them being arrested.

you wont necessarly go back to prison, but you will stay in the countyjail until the parole board decides what to do with you.You cant get any more years added unless you catch a new case.If your on parole you have a 12/12 date, thats the longest the state can hold you.

You can only be Paroled if you are already in Prison, if you are referring to Probation, and you violate it, then you may be placed on probation again! Or you may be sentenced to prison, after you have served a portion of your sentence then you will qualify to go before a parole board and seek early release!!

JAIL!! Plain and simple

You gotta go back to jail because you violated your Parole. Then you have to do more time for the second offense that she may be charged with.

Don't screw up again now!!

Usually depends on the circumstances and the judge. If the person is good and has done the majority of their time with good behavior they might get reinstated, time added or go back to prison to finish or start over their time.
