Hey, how are you guys? Well my boyfriend broke up with me last week, we talked yesterday and he seems very depressed. Even though it was his decision, he seemed very depressed about the relationship. His birhtday is on friday and he said that he doesn't want to do anything for it, and he is turning 30. However, he said that if people remember then he is going to do something small at his house. He said I was invited and when i call him for his birthday he is going to tell me to go. I really don't think i should go because I won't feel comfortable. He was my boyfriend last week and a half now he is not, and I won't feel comfortable around his friends maybe wondering what happened. What should I do??

If he seems really depressed and he also sounds like he is distancing himself from people, he may very well be headed towards depression. However, it isn't your job to be his shoulder to cry on. If you have mutual friends or are in contact with his friends, the right thing to do would be to alert them to the situation so they can be there for him if he is having a hard time.
On his birthday, just call and let him know you care about him as a friend. You don't owe him anything but friendship, and only at a level you are comfortable with.

Move on. There is a reason his your EX. I wouldn't go. If there was a hard time dealing with the break up going to the party will make it worse.
