Do you have a fever? It's possible that you have a 24 hour viral infection and the pain you experience could be a pulled muscle from all the vomiting. If you have a fever then you may need to see a doctor because there is the possibility of a serious bladder infection or possibility you may had a kidney stone. The fact that your vomiting has decreased is probably due to lack of eating. Try to take in fluids if at all possible but if the pain is constant then definitely see a doctor.

Well you didn't state whether you were male or female. If you are a female, you could have a urinary tract infection, I've had them so bad in the past they've caused nausea, vomiting, and many other symptoms. If this is the case, go to Walgreens, or a similar drug store, buy yourself a bottle of cranberry tablets, along with a box of urinary pain relief tablets (warning, the urinary pain relief tablets will turn your pee a reddish orange color).
In both males and females, it could be a kidney problem, you could be passing a stone, or any number of other things. Talk to your doctor. Buy the way, suck on Altoids Peppermint mints and take Meclizine over the counter (it's for motion sickness) for the vomiting, it will help. Take Motrin or Naproxen Sodium (over the counter) for the pain, which will also help to relieve swelling in case there is any sort of stomach inflammation causing the problem.

Is is a sharp pain that starts on your lower right stomach and radiates toward your belly button? IF its on the right and the pain gets worse with time get it checked out, could be appendicitis. As for the sharp pain when urinating if its like a burning prickly feeling that could be a bladder infection. Still you should go to the doc.

Well, I'm in 5th grade and I'm learning about puberty and stuff, and my health teacher said it may be a bladder infection, i don't know about the vomiting, but if it hurts on your penis, and ecpeccialy when you pee, then you might have a bladder infection. This happened to me only i was not vomiting, it just turned out soap was up my private. But it sounds like you have a bladder infection. Well, get well soon!

There are lots of possibilities: Muscle strain & referred pain come to mind. It is hard on the body to vomit -- esp. several times. The whole body tenses & contorts. I imagine you strained muscles that you never knew were there.
The other thought is low potassium. It can cause cramping & you do loose it when you vomit. If you can, drink some orange juice, or eat a bananna.
If you are a boy, any sign of a hernia?

It sounds to me that you are sick and dehydrated. Your stomach will hurt because of the vomiting and you will have pain when urinating because you need more fluids. That is my opinion. I suggest going to the doctor. It could be your appendix too.

Your Doctor has the best answer for you, and if I were you that's where I'd be right now. I know People who have died (or came close, just because they waited to long) with the same symptoms.

Sounds like something with your kidneys...It is really extremely important that you make an appointment with your doctor though because if it is your kidneys it would be very bad if you didn't!!

Hmm...you should DEFINITELY go to the doctor... Seriously. It might be kidney stones, or maybe even appendicitis. I'm not sure. But DEFINITELY go to the DR.
