I'm under the impression that this whole shape shifting bit got started when reptilian aliens landed on earth, and inter-bred with human women. This is actually mentioned in the Bible, in Genesis 6:1-4. That is how royal blood got started. These human-reptilian hybrids have been very careful to inbreed with one another throughout the course of history to maintain their ability to shape shift. Today they are known as the Illuminati. They have effectively taken over human society, and now own, and control virtually all world governments, major media, as well as the entertainment industry, and most mega-corporations. Their plan is to reduce world population by a minimum of 2/3, and enslave all survivors in a New World Order police state, led by the Antichrist. Everyone will be forced to receive a micro-chip implant, fulfilling the Biblical prophecy of the "mark of the beast".

A british celebrity named David Icke popularized an old conspiracy theory which had been around that there is a race of humans which is "humanoid-reptilian", or a mix of human and reptile. The conspiracy theory goes that these people are reptiles who make themselves up to look like humans but are really reptilian. They supposedly are the most powerful people on earth, so people like Queen Elizabeth, GW Bush, and other world leaders are actually Reptilians.

So when you hear anyone talk about "reptilians" they are talking about this conspiracy theory that these human/reptiles called reptilians are ruling the earth but remaining hidden in their disguises as regular humans.

Silly, isn't it?

David Icke said the British royal family are reptilians, but I still do not know what reptilians are either.
