Maybe, maybe not.
Driver's licenses are issued by the State and the records that effect them are state records. Some states share, some don't. Speeding is just an infraction, so it is not normally shared as it doesn't raise any security or criminal issues.
However, if someone in Maryland decides to LOOK then they will find it because the citation probably bears your Maryland driver's license number. (Unless you have two different state's driver's licenses, in which case they won't find the speeding but you may be guilty of some sort of fraud in keeping or getting one of the licenses.)

Yes it will, all state DMV's are linked now. If you go take a class you can get points taken off of your license. Usually they offer the driving classes on Saturdays. The price is usually between $50 and $100 and the class lasts all day. Look up DMV for your state:

only because there's no formal settlement to interchange techniques doesn't advise techniques isn't exchanged. A cost tag you get in any state will ensue on your Illinois using record because you of route confirmed them an Illinois license once you've been stopped. *perhaps* your coverage employer gained't see the tickets at renewal time, although the IL DMV of route does. stop getting rushing tickets in MI and your situation will be solved.

YES! All 50 state DMVs are linked. You get a ticket in one state, it shows up on your license regardless of where you live.
