Well, a couple of years ago, I used to work for them, and they are getting a bad rep now, God knows why, but they deserve it, their Customer Service is terrible, you'd get better service in a roadside cafe, and there have been rumours that they are using out of date chicken.

Could you be referring to The mutant chickens?
Could you be asking about how they are changing their oil to a healthier one?
These things I will never know until you ask......
