Give her some gingersnaps. The ginger is a natural stomach calmative (works for human morning sickness too.)
And sometimes an empty tummy is all the more susceptible to upset...
It is going to take some trial and error, good luck!

It's not unusual for dogs to get motion sick. Start putting her in the car for a couple of minutes but don't drive or start the car, just sit. Add to the time for a few days then start the car but again just sit for a little while, stop and get out if she appears anxious.Do that for a while then start backing up and then forward to park, then go a little further each time so eventually she'll stop being worried about the car. It'll take some time but worth it when she can ride anytime anywhere.

You should ask a vet or someone who has been working with dogs for a long time. If you want to give it some kind of medicine, it is always good to ask your vet to make sure it is safe for your dog. My dog gets car sick sometimes too, and I think it helps to let her look out the window. I also pet my dog once in a while when we're in the car to soothe her.

Try giving him Bach's Flower Essences, Rescue Remedy. It's an all natural remedy available in some drug stores, health food stores and holistic vets which is enough to calm a dog with none of the side effects of tranquilizers. I give it to my greyhound who has a huge fear of thunder and it's enough to hold him. I don't know the size of your dog, but he's 70 lbs. and gets 4 drops. Takes aboit 20 minutes to take effect.
The only dog I've had who got car sick was better if he could see out the front window - he had to face forward. Also, we took him for lots of very short rides (like 5mins.), took him for a walk, then back home so he associated the car with fun, not trips to the vet. He totally got over it in a short time.

DRAMAMINE works great for car sickness and is safe. The animal should be given the proper dose before taking it for a drive. Dog owners whose pets are afflicted with carsickness are advised to contact their veterinarian to inquire about this drug and its use. Dramamine can be purchased at most pharmacies on a veterinarian’s prescription. Bonamine is another drug that has achieved popularity. Many of the newer forms of tranquillizers are also very effective against carsickness.

Benedryl will make the dog sleepy so not good for a class or park
You can give Dramamine. It is human otc med for motion sickness. Get it at any drug store.
Here's a website with the dosage by weight. Just be sure to give it about 1/2 hr before getting in the car.

Might try giving her some benadryl B4 getting in the car. But it sounds like your dog does not like the car which brings on stress and sickness. Ask for your Vet and see what he says.
