Can rerecorded video be recovered?

I have a VHS video that I recorded years ago and someone accidentally recorded over it.........is it possible to somehow get that video back? Please help? There has to be someone out there that can do this......

Media recovery is an very specialized and extremely expensive process. Unless you have the budget of the FBI then you are pretty much out of luck. And even if you did the results would not be terribly impressive.

Unless you can travel back in time, there is no way you can do it. Just be more careful with your videos the next time and put a label on them to know what's on it.
