Hello:
I am assuming you are referring to the ability of a man to suck his own penis.
Some men are able to do this for a variety of reasons. Flexibility in your back, the makeup of your torso and the length of your penis are all factors in some men being able to "service" themselves.
If you are able to do this yourself, it doesn't necessarily mean you are gay either.
All forms of masturbation, including "self-sucking" are ways that a teen or young man learns what is most pleasurable for him sexually, which will later help when you get into a sexual relationship with someone.
