water, cover. the time depends of how cruch or soft you want.

Depends on if you're using fresh or frozen...Fresh- water to just cover bottom of dish, butter/marg., seasonings you like, cover, and cook for 4 min. Frozen- use NO water, and follow as above.

put in microwave-safe bowl with water. season up to you, but i perfer without. then cook for a few min. done!
it might be better to do it on the stove though.
