Don't be nuts. You will end up sick but no acne scars, oily skin, etc. will occur.

Most of the time, the answer to this is a simple no... but I'm going to go a little deeper for you.

Your body will react to things based on what it is used to. If you never eat junk food, you are a health nut, and so on... then eating half a bag of doritos will "shock" your system a bit, and it may not have the right tools in place to distribute the fats, oils, and additives in those chips correctly.

What it comes down to is this, if you snack now and then, you eat unhealthy food now and then, half of a bag of doritos isn't really going to be a direct issue with your skin. If you already have oily skin, then it's definitly not going to help either though.

As far as acne scars... acne scars are from acne that was allowed to get to a point that it has damaged your skin. You don't get acne scars overnight, you get them from prolonged acne, and infected acne. It is possible, though improbable, that you could wake up with slightly more oily skin than usual, but waking up with acne scares is virtually impossible... at least in terms of being caused by eating doritos the day before.

Will eating the doritos increase your acne in general? Again, same as the above with the "body reacting" issue... quite simply, if your body isn't used to that kind of stuff, it may release the bad stuff in a way that causes more than usual acne to pop up, but it's not a guarantee either way, it completely depends on your own chemical balance.

It's a myth that if you eat greasy foods you'll get acne. The reason people usually say that is that you'll pick up a chip and sometimes touch your face which can cause the oily skin and clog your pours.

If you're going to eat Doritos, you won't wake up with acne scars. People get acne scars by having deep pimples they pick at and make scars, or have excessive acne.

When you're eating the chips, try not to touch your face and wash your hands aftwards and you should be fine.

Doubtful. You may end up with an upset stomach.
You might become nauseated, you might even throw up. Eat less chips. Too much salt is bad for you.
