the cops say they cant do anything. i have pics of it before they got it. we see it in there window all the time. they say i have to go to court and try to get it back. he raped a 5 year old girl and served half his time. i am looking for a new place to live. but it will be hard to sell my house because of him

If you have the proper paper work for the cat, ie. license, shot records pictures. Document all this in police reports and hopefully photos of the cat in or on his property and then go to court. Do you live by a school? Some states will not allow a sex offender live in the same area. Is he registered with the local authorities? Do the other neighbors know that he is a sex offender. If not than it might be your duty to inform the neighborhood. Within your rights though. You don't want to be breaking the law doing the right thing.

Go to your local state sherriffs website and see if they have a program like we do here in Indiana that allows you to see a pic of the perv, his/her charges, address{which you know}, and print a poop load of copies and in the middle of the night put a copie or two in everyones mail box on your street up to 2 blocks east and west/north and south of you. Then hes bound to get confronted by people. Or if hes/shes a child offender you could just by a pair of kiddies underware-put them in his trash can with part of them hanging out-go to police station and call about a suspicious man throwing away a pair of kids panties/briefs and thought they shuold check it out.DO NOT GIVE your name,youll get hit with charges if you get caught.Must be into zoophillia also that sicko!

Contact your nearest animal rescue shelter.....I'm sure they'd be the ones to give you the best advice. Also, when you get your cat back, have it microchipped immediately. Good Luck.
